Fulshear Fence Planning is an independent fence-planning and contractor-introduction resource for homeowners in the Fulshear, Texas area.

We do not provide fence installation, surveying, engineering, legal, HOA or municipal services ourselves.

Planning-tool information is only stored when necessary to operate the service, or when you submit a quote request.

Technical information may also be collected automatically by our hosting and platform infrastructure, such as:

• Browser and device information
• Basic diagnostic and security logs
• Page usage and referral information
• Approximate location derived from IP address where analytics are enabled

We do not collect precise GPS location.

Our quote-request service is not intended to collect:

• Social Security numbers
• Payment card details
• Financial account information
• Health information
• Biometric information
• Precise geolocation

Please do not place sensitive personal information in the additional-notes field.

• Match or introduce homeowners to selected local fence professionals when requested

Personal information may be shared with:

1. Selected local fence professionals. When you actively request local quotes and provide consent, we may share the contact information and fence-project information you submitted for that specific quote request with selected local fence professionals.

This can include:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• ZIP code
• Community / area
• Project details submitted in the quote request

2. Service providers. Hosting, cloud database, analytics, security, technical-support and related providers acting on our behalf.

3. Legal or regulatory authorities. Where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, investigate fraud or security issues, or respond to valid legal process.

4. Business transfer. If the website or substantially all of its assets is sold, merged or transferred, relevant data may be transferred to the new owner as part of the business, subject to applicable law and the commitments described in this Policy.

We currently do not sell personal information for unrelated third-party marketing and do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

If these practices ever change, this Policy and any legally required choices or notices will be updated before the new practice begins.

Fence professionals who receive a quote request are independent third parties.

Once information has been shared with a contractor at your request, that contractor's own privacy practices may also apply to their handling of it.

We do not authorize contractors to use your information for unrelated marketing.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfilling quote requests, operating the service, resolving disputes, maintaining security and complying with legal obligations.

Information should be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information.

No online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Depending on applicable law, Texas residents and other users may have rights relating to their personal information. These may include the right to:

• Know whether personal data is being processed
• Access personal data
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion
• Obtain a portable copy where applicable
• Opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling if those activities are conducted

If a privacy request is declined and applicable law provides a right to appeal, submit a new Privacy Request and select "Appeal a privacy decision."

The quote-request service is intended only for adults age 18 or older. Fulshear Fence Planning does not knowingly accept quote requests from individuals under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we discover information from a child under 13, we will delete it where required.

Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations in which they operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

This Policy may be updated when our practices, technology or the law change.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and providing additional notice where legally required.
